EU law gives you fourteen days to withdraw from an online order. We give you sixty, with a pre-paid label and no restocking fee, because a wall takes longer than a fortnight to judge.

You write once and we do the rest.

Write to us.
Send your order number to returns@dirtbagstudio.com any time inside sixty days of delivery. A reason helps us make the next canvas better, and it is optional.

A label arrives.
We email a pre-paid courier label within one working day. Return postage is on us on every route we ship to, including the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.

Send back the hardware.
Lift out the plant, empty the pocket, and pack the board, the pocket and the fixings back in the box they came in. Clean and dry is all the condition we ask for.

Money back in 72 hours.
The refund goes to the card or wallet you paid with, in full, within seventy two hours of the parcel reaching us. You get an email when it leaves our end.
The three things worth knowing first.
The plant and the soil stay with you.
They were never ours to take back: you bought them at your own garden centre. A return is the hardware only, which is also why nothing living ever goes into a returns van.
A gift can be returned by whoever received it.
We need the order number, not the receipt or the buyer’s permission. The refund goes back to the card that paid, so tell us if it should go somewhere else and we will arrange it.
Damage in transit is not a return.
It is a replacement, and it is faster. Send a photograph to warranty@dirtbagstudio.com and a new one goes out without the old one coming back first.
