Shipping The whole rate card.
Delivery times are working days from dispatch.
What happens after you pay
Packed within two working days.
Orders are made up and handed to the courier inside two working days. Pre-orders leave within two working days of the release date instead, and you get an email the moment yours is on its way.
One tracking number, two emails.
You get a confirmation when you pay and a tracking link when the parcel leaves. That is the whole sequence. We do not send shipping updates you did not ask for.
The plant is not in the parcel.
The box holds the board, the pocket and the fixings. Buying the plant where you live means it travels minutes instead of days, which is why nothing green has ever spent time in one of our vans.
Customs on the three non-EU routes.
The United Kingdom, the United States and Canada may add import duty and local tax on arrival. That charge is set by your customs authority, not by us, and it is payable to the courier before delivery.
Question about a delivery?
Forty one answers cover dispatch, tracking, customs and what to do if a parcel is late.
