Email warranty@dirtbagstudio.com with your order number and one photo of the problem. That is the whole claim. You get a reply from a person within one working day.

The replacement ships.
The new part leaves within five working days, at no cost to you, on the same free standard delivery as the original order.
Out of guarantee, still worth an email.
A canvas is a board, a sewn pocket and a few pieces of steel, so most of what goes wrong is fixable at a kitchen table. Write to us with a photograph and we will tell you which part you need and how to swap it. Spare parts go out on request.
