Careers Small studio, open door.
Dirtbag Studio is an independent studio run by one person, with a short list of freelancers around it. There is no HR department and no permanent hiring pipeline. When there is work worth paying for, it goes up here.
Careers How we work
- 01 We make one object. We make it well.
- 02 We hire slowly, and only when there is real work to pay for.
- 03 Everything is remote. Tell us when you are reachable and we work around it.
- 04 Briefs are written down, feedback is direct, and every application gets an answer.
