Cookies One advertising pixel, and only if you allow it, plus a short list of what is stored.
Dirtbag Studio sets no tracking cookies of its own. The shop keeps a few keys in your browser so it works, counts visits only if you allow it in the banner, loads Pinterest’s conversion tag only if you allow marketing separately, and Stripe sets its own cookies inside the payment field.

Cookies Everything this site stores in your browser
The complete list. Nothing here is sent anywhere on its own, and clearing site data for this domain removes all of it.
Last updated · 2026-09-09
viv_cart Local storage Until you clear it What is in your bag, so closing the tab does not empty it.
viv_consent Your answer to the cookie banner, so you are only asked once.
viv_checkout Your email and delivery address during checkout, so a reload or a failed payment does not lose them. Never card details.
viv_howto_steps Which installation steps you have ticked off in the how to guide.
viv_visited Whether you have seen the opening animation before, so it plays once.
viv_sk Session storage Until the tab closes A random string so one visit counts as one visit rather than as ten pages. Written only if you allow counting.
sb-<project>-auth-token Local storage Until sign-out The staff sign-in session for the back office at /admin. Never written for a customer.
The pageview count
If you accept counting in the banner, each page you open sends the path, the referring site, your language and the random session key above to our own database in the EU. Our hosting provider adds an approximate city and country at the network edge. It is never joined to your order or your email, and it builds no profile, because there is nothing stable in it to build one from. Reject in the banner and none of it is sent.
The banner, and changing your mind
The banner appears once, accept and reject are equally prominent, and nothing optional runs until you choose. Your answer is stored in your browser rather than in a cookie. To change it, use the cookie settings link in the footer. A browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal counts as a refusal and is honoured without asking.
The Pinterest tag
Accept marketing in the banner and we load Pinterest’s conversion tag from s.pinimg.com. It tells Pinterest which pages you opened, when you put something in the bag, and the value and item count of a completed order, so we can see whether a pin led to a sale. It never sends your name, email or address. The tag sets its own cookies, _epik and _pinterest_ct_ua; those are Pinterest’s, governed by Pinterest’s privacy policy. Refuse marketing and the script is never fetched, so nothing is set and no request leaves your browser. Withdraw it later and the events stop at once; the script already running goes on your next page load.
Cookies Stripe sets
The card field on our checkout page is an iframe served by Stripe, and Stripe sets its own cookies inside it to take the payment and screen it for fraud. Those cookies are Stripe's, governed by Stripe's privacy policy, and we cannot read them. Your card number never reaches a Dirtbag Studio server.
What we do not do

- No third-party analytics, heatmaps or session replay.
