01 Purpose of the site.
This site presents the Dirtbag Studio collection and sells it directly to customers in the EU, the UK and beyond. Browsing is free and requires no account. Using the site means accepting this notice and the terms of use.
02 What is ours.
The Dirtbag Studio name, the product designs, the photography, the text, the layout and the code are owned by the business named above or licensed to it. You may read, quote with credit and link freely. You may not resell, scrape at scale, or present any of it as your own work.
03 How you may use it.
Use the site lawfully and leave it working for everyone else. Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, do not extract the catalogue by automated means, and do not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive or abusive.
04 Content you submit.
Reviews, comments and photographs arrive unpublished and are read by a person before they appear. We may decline or remove anything abusive, fake or off-topic. You keep ownership of what you write, and you can ask us to take it down at any time.
05 Links to other sites.
Where we link out, to a courier, to a supplier, to a press article, we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish or how they treat your data.
06 Availability.
We aim to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, a third-party outage or a genuine error can take a page down or make it wrong for a while. Prices and stock are confirmed at checkout, not before.
07 Liability.
We answer for our own acts and omissions. We are not liable for loss caused by a failure outside our reasonable control, or by misuse of the site. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
